Psychophrenesis is a narrative survival shooter with a core emphasis on pursuit and stealth. You play as patients with phrenesis, a unique condition that causes all negative thoughts and hallucinations to transform into physical world enemies. Betrayed by your entire psych ward, who turn out to be an illegal billion dollar organ harvesting company, you must escape and evade capture in the ultimate fight for survival against society, and mental health.
Hardcore survival, to the next level
In Psychophrenesis, survival isn’t just as simple as making sure your health and hunger are topped off. To live, you’ll need to continually evade the world’s largest private corporate force, who have been tasked with the sole objective of capturing you and your fellow patients alive for organ harvesting. You’ll also have to battle against phrenesis, and will need to continually rely on your memory and friends in order to accurately separate hallucinations from the real world before it’s too late.
Many Environments and Challenges
Psychophrenesis takes place in a large open world environment that will have you evading in many different locations, from abandoned islands with lush forests to skyscraper cities with bustling traffic. Explore 4 different modes: Story mode, Commander RTS, Challenge, and Extraction, each inspired by different genres and games from Starcraft to Lethal Company.
